- How do you ensure quality of products from different Brands & Manufacturers?
HimHaat is a platform that provides an opportunity to Brands & SHGs of Himachal to list their products. So it really becomes important to make sure what ever is being listed and sold from our online store is passed through the proper checks. - Each product is tested and used by us and after satisfied report it is listed on the HimHaat online store.
- Each time the batch is received, random samples are tested to make sure they meet their parameters of quality & taste.
- No Compromise on Quality statement is agreed upon by each brand, failing to which the product or brand is delisted.
- What happens in case the product is not to standards of quality promised?
First of all as listed in above point all steps are taken to make sure this scenario is never arrived. Still if something happens please share details with images at - himhaatenterprises@gmail.com , we will check it internally and with the brand and will act accordingly to see whether replacement or refund is applicable
Why do different batches of the same product looks different and at times differ slightly in taste also ?
It mostly happens with products listed under "natural excellence" category. Most obvious reason for this is small-batch manufacturing of these products. It primarily depends upon the base materials like fruits, flowers, herbs etc. For an example, one lot of fruit might be sweeter, more tart or juicier than usual, so even though same recipe & technique is used slight difference in taste might come and also it might look in a different shade of color.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
HimHaat standard delivery time is 7-10 days after the order is received but in practical it is delivered between 7 days only. The delivery time will vary based on your location. Also Holidays or some unavoidable circumstances may create delay for order to reach your doorstep.
Can I change/cancel my order once it has been placed?
You can still modify/cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped already, advisable is that you do it in 2 hours from order being placed by you. Please reply to the confirmation e-mail to modify or cancel your order.
What is the resolution if a damaged or defective product?
In general we take good care while packaging so as to no damage happens to the order in the transit. Still if you receive deliveries with a damaged product, please drop us an email at himhaatenterprises@gmail.com with your order number, name of the product and a photo. We will either initiate a refund of the product amount or send a replacement at the earliest.
Are all products listed on HimHaat products 100% natural and preservative-free?
Since the products are made by different brands so it is their choice how they want to produce it. We put details on product pages, highlight it and also list each component under Ingredients. Please read and check for your self which product has preservative and which has not. If you still have any doubt contact us, we will help you with the confirmation of product falling into this list or not.
